Total Talent Acquisition volledig native in je ATS

Als partnermanager bij Hireport heb ik de afgelopen tijd met meer dan 100 HR- en recruitmentprofessionals gesproken. Eén ding komt steeds weer terug: de behoefte om vast en flex samen te brengen. Veel organisaties worstelen met het feit dat deze twee “werelden” gescheiden zijn, terwijl integratie juist veel voordelen biedt. 

Tegelijkertijd is er geen behoefte aan nóg een nieuwe tool in het overvolle HR-tech landschap. Daarom hebben we bij Hireport ons Talentleveranciers Portaal volledig ingebed in de ATS-systemen die organisaties al gebruiken. Recruiters en hiring managers kunnen nu vanuit hun vertrouwde ATS-omgeving álle externe recruitment stroomlijnen – voor zowel vaste als flexibele rollen. 

De eerste volledig geïntegreerde versie rolden we uit met Recruitee (Tellent), een toonaangevend Nederlands ATS. Meteen kwamen er enthousiaste reacties vanuit klanten:

Dit geeft HR grip op volledige workforce: vast en flex. Ze kunnen op basis van data eerst vacatures voor vast uitzetten, en als dat te langzaam gaat, flex bijschakelen. Dit is een meer strategische aanpak van recruitment en zorgt ervoor dat je als HR/ recruitment in control bent, in plaats van ad hoc te moeten schakelen. Daarnaast zorgen de analytics ervoor dat je eindelijk grip hebt op prestaties van leveranciers en afspraken die hierover gemaakt zijn – en hen daar dus ook aan kan houden.

“Ook hiring managers zijn fan,” vult collega Wouter aan. “Zij kunnen nu veel makkelijker met leveranciers samenwerken, maar HR behoudt controle om te zorgen dat het volgens de regels en voorwaarden gebeurt.”

Met dit laatste zijn vaak ook de collega’s van inkoop en finance erg blij. De recruitermanagement page geeft namelijk een overzicht van alle leveranciers waar je mee werkt en de contracten en afspraken die je met ze hebt. Op de finance page zie je precies waar je loopt ten opzichte van je budget voor vast, flex en detavast. Zo kom je niet achteraf voor verrassingen te staan en kan je zorgen dat je opdrachten uitzet die binnen jouw budget passen.

De sleutel is dat alles nu geïntegreerd is in één vertrouwde omgeving. Je hoeft dus geen nieuwe tool te leren of workflows aan te passen. Je huidige ATS wordt dé plek waar je extern vast, flex en gespecialiseerd talent regelt – met partners die voldoen aan jullie voorwaarden.
